• We hope that you love our collection. Before placing your order, kindly feel free to peruse our shipping and miscellaneous policies related to your purchase from us.
• We shall try our best to make the delivery on the mentioned date. However, the delivery is subject to delay due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond the company’s reasonable control. The mentioned delivery dates are based on estimates. If the order does not have a delivery date, it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.
• Your purchase at Chicloom.in will be an acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and Shipping and other associated policies.

Shipping

We ship domestically from Gurgoan, India.

If you are facing trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, kindly contact us at [email protected] while referencing your full name and order number in the email.

• Kindly take a short video while opening the packet. We will require it, in case of wrong product delivered.
• Kindly ascertain that your complete shipping address and a working phone number that our courier company can call at the time of delivery are filled in correctly. All shipments returned to us due to an incomplete/invalid shipping address are subject to a return shipping fee. Chicloom is not responsible for return-to-sender fees and the client will be subject to paying the courier fees for resending such an order. To avoid the above, kindly ensure that, all your information is correctly filled out before finalizing your order at checkout.
• Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send orders/purchases to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
• Once your payment has been credited, domestic ready-to-ship orders/ purchases would take 24 to 48 working hours to process, which is 1 to 2 working days. Once your purchase is dispatched, domestic couriers will take at least 3 working days and a maximum of 7 working days to reach their destination. When your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you to track your courier.
• Your order’s unprecedented discrepancies or delays will be intimated to your registered email address. Kindly check on the same for more information on your purchase.
• We do not dispatch on weekends and national holidays.
• Orders placed after 4 pm on Saturday may not be processed until the following Monday.
